Notice here hereby given that a zoning variance has been requested by Monica Rodriguez for her property located at 918 E. Fremont Street, Parcel No. 109-13-098, to allow for a reduced setback from 5′ from the rear and 1′ from the side of property line for the placement of a storage structure at the edge of a small yard. Additionally, the owner has requested a reduced side yard setback of 1′ for a carport located on the front third of the property.
The Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing (City Code 10-16-3) to gather public input and take action on this variance request. The hearing will take place on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in Schieffelin Hall located on the corner of Fremont and 4th Streets.
