The following Ordinances were passed by
Mayor and Common Council on
August 12, 2025 at the Regular Council Meeting.

  • Ordinance 2025-01: An ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, levying a primary property tax upon the assessed valuation of the property within the city subject to taxation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
  • Ordinance 2025-02: An ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, amending the city code, Title 5, “Police Regulations”, Chapter 1, “Marshal’s Department”, Section 5-1-12, “Fees”.
  • Ordinance 2025-03: An ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, amending the city code, Title 8, “Public Ways and Property”, Chapter 4, “Cemetery”, Section 8-4-11, “Charges”.
  • Ordinance 2025-04: An ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, Amending the City Code, Title 8, “Public Ways and Property”, Chapter 12, “Public Parks and Buildings”, Section 8-12-2, “Fee Schedule”.
  • 2025-05: An ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, Amending the City Code, Title, “Boards and Commissions”, adding Chapter 9, “Events Committee”, establishing the City of Tombstone Events Committee, Defining its purpose, Membership, Duties, and Operations.
