Payments are accepted in Cash, Money Order, Check, Visa, Discover or Mastercard.
Credit card payments may be taken by calling 520-457-3781.
All credit card payments will be charged a 1.5% Fee.
Payments may also be made at www.azcourtpay.com or PayNearMe Instructions can be found on the court pay website.
The court will not accept unrolled pennies in any amount over $0.50 and will not accept unrolled coins of any denomination over $5.00.
The court will accept rolled coins in any denomination up to $20.00, provided the case name and number is written on each roll.
Personal or Business Checks are not accepted for reinstatement of Suspend Driver’s License or Bonds.
A Receipt will be issued for every payment made in person. When you make a payment keep your receipt for proof of payment.
There is a $25 city charge for checks returned by the bank.
