In order to place an item for an upcoming council meeting on the agenda, the item has to be into City Hall no later than the Wednesday prior to the scheduled council meeting.

ex: if the council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th you have to have your agenda item in on Wednesday, October 8th.
